If you live in Los Angeles County or Orange County, my coaching is unique because I will come to you, use my skills as a life coach and health coach and we will walk and work together to improve your mental and physical well-being.

Sometimes just one other person can help you believe in the possibility of change.

My goal is to help you improve your mental and physical well-being. I do this through active listening and accountability, as well as humor and compassion.

 We work at your own pace and comfort level, and will find a walking spot of your choice.

 Each Six Session package includes:

  • One 40 min. private one-on-one walking and healthy mind and body session a week
  • Exploring new ideas and new opportunities and action plans
  • Exploring areas of difficulty or frustrations 
  • Working on replacing unhealthy habits with healthy ones
  • Motivational support during the week through text, emails and walking app

My goal as a coach is to help you see the value of adding exercise to your life. Exercise is the key that unlocks the secret of well-being. Exercise changes the mental image we have of ourselves. When that mental image starts to change it influences all your habits. When you start exercising, you start eating better, you become more productive at work, have more energy and improved self-esteem. This in turn helps all your relationships personal & professional and helps you live a more fulfilling, happier and healthier life. And most important of all, it helps you with the new challenges that come with the new you!
