Exercise has helped me with everything in my life. It has increased my energy, motivation, sense of well-being, my self-image, overall health, and level of creativity.

It has given me the strength to persevere through disappointment.

It has helped me out of the negative and into the positive.

After a lot of soul-searching, I realized what an important role exercise and a healthy lifestyle played in my life. How much they helped me over the years with changes in my own life, and the insecurities I was feeling around getting older. I recognized that having the energy to deal with difficulties and new challenges really makes them easier to conquer. That was the, “Aha!” moment that led me to coaching. I went on to earn my coaching credential and now I specialize in helping all who I can see the value in exercise and living a healthy lifestyle.
